This cocktail, made with our ambient pineapple and mango fruit purees, promises your guests an explosion of exotic flavors. And to recall the comforting aromas of the festive season, the chef adds a creative touch to the garnish by adding nutmeg, rosemary and cinnamon. Cheers!
ENTREMET TO SHARE "CHRISTMAS DELIGHT CHESTNUTS & CLEMENTINE"
With this dessert, the Chef wanted to capture one of his cherished Christmas values: the pleasure of sharing. This entremets features our no-sugar-added frozen puree : chestnut & vanilla, PGI Corsican clementine, pear and quince. The pairing of these four flavors creates a delicate harmony: the richness and creaminess of the chestnut purée blends perfectly with the tangy sweetness of the clementine, while the caramelised notes of the pear balance the freshness of the quince purée and its floral notes. Perfect for moments of shared pleasure around the table with loved ones.
